2.  You tell us whether you want weekly or every other week pickup of your compost.  Here are our rates:
          $10 per pickup with weekly or every other week options

3.  Schedule a pickup day with us.

4.  We will come to your residence on your first day of pickup to deliver your 5-gallon composting bucket and liner.


















5.  Fill up your bucket with FOOD SCRAPS ONLY.  You can scroll down to see "What to Compost"  for a detailed list of what you can and cannot compost.  We will also provide you with a list when we deliver your first composting bucket.

6.  On your assigned pickup day, leave your bucket in the agreed upon location on your property.  Don't worry, we will work out the details of a location that's best for you when we set up your service.  PICKUP is between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m.  If your compost bucket isn't out, it won't be picked up, but you will still be charged for the pickup.

7.  We pick up your bag of compost and your bin and replace them with a clean bucket and a new 100% certified compostable liner  so you're ready to keep composting without missing a beat!

8.  Payment arrangements will be made at the time you sign up for service. 

***IF AT ANY TIME YOU NEED TO SUSPEND SERVICE DUE TO VACATION, ETC.  YOU CAN DO SO.  BUT WE MUST BE NOTIFIED NO LATER THAN THE PICKUP DAY PRIOR TO THE DATE YOU WILL BE SUSPENDING SERVICE.  SERVICE RESUMES AUTOMATICALLY AFTER THE SUSPENSION DATES YOU HAVE SUBMITTED.***


What to Compost

TOSS IT IN!
 
ALL NON-MEAT, NON-DAIRY FOOD SCRAPS, INCLUDING:

  • Fruits and vegetables
  • Eggs and eggshells
  • Small amounts of non-dairy 
    Dressings, condiments, and sauces
  • Flour, bread, pasta, and pastries
  • Coffee grounds/loose tea and unbleached coffee filters
  • Nuts and nut shells
  • Spices
  • Small amounts of oils and fats (please recycle large volumes!)
